This page explains in plain words what 3ZAK (عزّك) collects about you, why, where it is kept and how to ask for it to be deleted. It describes what the platform actually does, nothing more.

What we collect when you order
When you send an order we record your name and email (required), your field and your phone number (optional), and we keep the package you chose and its price at that moment. We use them to carry out your order and to contact you about it.
We also keep your agreement to be contacted about the order and your choice about receiving 3ZAK offers and news (optional). After ordering you may enter more details about your project in a form shown on your order tracking page.
After ordering you get a private tracking link for your order, valid for 180 days, which we keep only in hashed form. Anyone with the link can see the order status, so do not share it.
The order form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions, and your IP address is sent to it for that check. To limit repeated requests we keep a short-lived counter tied to a one-way hash of the IP address, not to the address itself.
Verification codes
To verify your email we send a 6-digit one-time code, valid for 10 minutes, with five tries to enter it. We do not store the code in readable form; we store a cryptographic fingerprint that is enough to check it and nothing else.
If we have turned on text-message or WhatsApp verification for your country, you may verify your phone number the same way. Order updates on WhatsApp are sent only if you agree to them separately.
Files you upload
You can upload up to 10 files, as PDF or images (PNG, JPG, WebP). We check every file when it is uploaded: its contents must match its declared type, we refuse PDFs that contain runnable code, embedded files or encryption, and we strip metadata (such as Exif) from images.
Files are kept in private storage that is not available to the public, and the 3ZAK team opens them from the admin panel to prepare your CV and site.
Order confirmation and updates
Once your email is verified we send one confirmation of the order, then messages when its status changes or when the team writes to you about it.
Verifying your email turns these updates on by default. You can turn them off at any time from your order tracking page with the option "Send me order updates here".
The weekly visitor report
If you have a published site with us and we have verified your email, we send you a weekly report with your site's visits and its top pages, sources and countries.
Every report has a stop link that opens a page with one button; one press stops the report and your order messages are not affected.
Counting visits
We count visits to the pages of 3zak.com and to our customers' sites (*.3zak.com) to improve the service and give site owners their visitor numbers. We use no cookies for visitors and we do not store IP addresses or raw browser data.
For each visit we record the page, the source of the visit, the country and the device type. To tell a new visitor from a returning one on the same day we compute a one-way hash from the IP address and browser data with a random salt that changes every day; the hash and the salt are deleted once the day is summarised.
We keep the aggregated numbers for 13 months. Visits by the 3ZAK team and by robots are not counted.
Our customers' sites
We count visits to our customers' sites on behalf of their owners, in the way described above, and give each owner the numbers of their own site only.
The team cookie and what stays in your browser
The only cookie we set is a functional one for the team (seeraty_staff): it is placed in a team member's browser when they open the admin panel and lasts 30 days, it marks their visits so they are not counted, and it lets them edit texts. It grants no access by itself and is never set on visitors.
Our site keeps your language choice, your light or dark choice and what you type in the try-it fields in your browser. These stay with you and are not sent to us.
Where your data is kept
The platform runs on Cloudflare services, and its data and files are kept there (a database and private storage). Email passes through a sending provider that we enable for this purpose.
Deletion and what we keep
You can ask us to delete your data by writing to info@3zak.com. When we delete, we remove your name, email, phone number, answers, files and site content.
We keep the financial records, without anything that identifies you: the order reference, package, price, status and dates, and the quotations and payments, shown under the name "deleted customer".
Existing private backups keep deleted data until they expire: one daily backup for the last 14 days and one monthly backup for the last 12 months, so up to about 12 months.
